Ksenia + Sara.

Ksenia + Sara are my girls.

I met Ksenia when I was getting my undergrad at CNU. It took us a minute to become friends, we somehow were always in the same circle, but hadn’t decided to be friends for a while.

And then it happened and we have been friends ever since! (almost 6 years!!) Ksenia is a creative as well. She has a great eye for aesthetics and loves a good photoshoot.

I met Sara through Ksenia. They both were GA’s for the swim team. What’s fun about them is that they are both internationals. Ksenia from Russia + Sarah from Columbia. One of my favorite things is watching the small miscommunications that happens between them. And then on of them gets fired up. It’s fun.

They decided they wanted to do a joint graduation photoshoot. I loved that idea! As you can imagine after seeing the photos, this was a super fun shoot with loads of laughter.

Life will look different over the next few months as both of them will be searching for jobs that will allow them to get a visa. So while we might not all be able to be together for much longer, I am thankful for every sonic run, game night at Ksenia’s, and wild ideas that Sara has.
